Instructions for Etrade connection
If you are a registered user and use a security code:
- Enter your registered user ID and password.
- Select Password and Security Code from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the six-digit code from VIP Access app/Hardware Token in the Security code field on the next page.
If you are a registered user but do not use a security code:
- Enter your user ID and password
- Select Password Only option the drop-down menu.
You may need to update your E*TRADE settings to enable us to connect to your account. To do so:
- On the web: Log on to etrade.com and go to Security Settings at etrade.com/myprofile. Select “Manage third-party data sharing” and set your preference to Yes.
- On the E*TRADE app: Go to Menu on the bottom right, choose My Profile and then Update Personal Information. Scroll the tab bar to the right to access Security Settings, select “Manage third-party data sharing,” and set your preference to Yes.
Once you’ve saved your preference, return to Kubera and re-enter your E*TRADE log-on information.
