What is AI Appraiser?

AI Appraiser is Kubera’s in-house system for valuing assets that don’t have a reliable market price. It combines publicly available web data, price feeds, and select third-party databases, then uses an AI-driven analysis layer to estimate values and keep them updated automatically over time.

To use AI Appraiser, Click on Add Asset > AI Appraiser and simply describe the asset.

AI Appraiser can value almost anything:

  • Collectibles like watches, art, cards, and memorabilia
  • Boats and Aircraft
  • Electronics and equipment
  • Jewelry and precious items
  • Luxury accessories
  • Domain names
  • One-of-a-kind or hard-to-price assets

Real estate and Vehicles

AI Appraiser also supports structured inputs for common asset types:

Real Estate

  • Enter a property address (supported in US, Canada, UK, and Australia), or
  • Describe the property E.g. “1,000 sq ft apartment in Downtown Dubai”

Vehicles

  • Enter the VIN number (supported for US and Canadian vehicles), or
  • Enter the make, model, and year. E.g. “Toyota Corolla Ascent Sport Hybrid hatchback, 2020”
