I lost access to my phone and cannot verify 2FA. How can I login to Kubera?

When you set up 2FA in Kubera, we provide a backup code. Download the code and store it in a safe place.

If you lost your phone, sign in as usual with your email and password. 

It will ask for a 2FA code to continue. Enter the backup code you saved and hit enter.

This will reset the current 2FA and will give you access to your Kubera portfolio. Once you get in, please go to Settings > Security and set a new 2FA using your new phone's authorization app.

Download the new code and store it in a safe place. Please discard the old set of codes. They won't work anymore.
