How do I invite my team or family to collaborate on my Kubera account?

- Head to Settings > Users to invite your family members and team to share your account and collaborate on your portfolios.
- These users get full access to all your portfolios and documents.
- Only the Account Owner will be able to manage beneficiaries and account users.
- This feature essentially makes your Kubera account multi-user.
- Sharing your account to collaborate on ALL your portfolios is part of the 'Kubera Essentials' Plan.
I have multiple Portfolios. How do I give access to a specific portfolio with someone to collaborate?

- Open the portfolio you need to grant access to.
- Click on the Share icon on the header and select the 'Collaborate' option.
- Click on 'Add User' to invite others to join Kubera and collaborate on this specific portfolio.
- Inviting users to collaborate on a specific portfolio (Granular Access Control) is a feature of Kubera Black
How do I share a my portfolio with an outsider for just viewing it?

- You can share a read-only link of your portfolio with others – like your Investment Advisor, CPA, Estate Planner etc. Anyone with this link can view your portfolio. No login required.
- Open the portfolio you wish to share.
- Click on the Share icon on the header and select the 'Share a Read-Only Link' option.
- Create a shareable link for the portfolio and share it with others.
- You can create multiple links based on your needs. You can set a passcode and an expiry date for each of them.
