Want to add manual assets in bulk? Let Kubera AI assist you.

  1. Click Add Asset > File Import > Upload a PDF, CSV, or Screenshot containing your asset or debt details with their latest values.
  2. The AI will scan the file, extract relevant data, and convert it into Kubera’s format.
  3. Review the extracted details, make any necessary edits, and seamlessly add them to your portfolio.

Update Assets & Debts

File Import helps you update your manually tracked assets in bulk.

  • Click the three-dot menu on an asset > File Import > Upload an updated version of your file.
  • Or, simply drag and drop a file anywhere on the app or paste it from your clipboard to start File Import instantly.

File Import works best when the screenshot or CSV is a clean list of assets and values. Not transactions. For example:

  1. An account summary from your bank showing multiple accounts and their balances
  2. A brokerage holdings list showing ticker symbols and current quantities.

On the first import, Kubera will create new assets. On subsequent imports, it will update their values.

In theory, the AI can pick up assets from any document, but there’s a good chance it will be buggy.

File Import automatically maps assets in your document to existing manual assets in your portfolio if the name or ticker matches. If it can't find a match or if it mapped to a wrong asset, you can correct it by clicking on the asset name on the preview screen and pointing it to the right asset in your portfolio. The AI will remember your choice for future imports. Details

Note: File Import does not modify connected accounts—it only updates the value of manually tracked assets and debts.

Once the asset is added, you can import its cash flow also using File Import.
