AI Sync - Sync assets, debts and cash flow from a webpage
Can't connect your bank or brokerage account?
AI Sync lets you sync data from the financial institution's website into your portfolio in Kubera.

How it works
- Install the Kubera AI Sync Chrome extension.
- The link to install the extension is available in-app. Just click on Add Asset > AI Sync
- Open a new Chrome tab, log in to your bank or brokerage as usual
- Navigate to the page showing the account balances or holdings
- Open the AI Sync extension to start scanning the data
- Follow the prompts to confirm if the scanned data is correct and then hit the Sync button
- This will sync the data to your portfolio
- If you want to make changes, click on the 'Change' button
Safe by design
- Runs locally in your browser
- Never accesses your login credentials
- Does not make changes to your bank/brokerage account
- Only runs when you start it
- Data is synced only after you confirm
- Adds and updates only manually tracked assets.
Best for institutions that aren’t supported by aggregators, or for the connections that frequently break.
Notes
- The link to install the extension is available in-app. Just click on Add Asset > AI Sync

If Chrome shows the 'Proceed with Caution' alert, don't panic. Just Click 'Continue to Install'
This warning isn't actually about Kubera specifically. It's something Google Chrome shows to users who have Enhanced Protection enabled in Chrome Security settings (
chrome://settings/security).
For newer Chrome extensions, like Kubera AI Sync, Google displays a "Proceed with caution" message until the developer has built up enough history and reputation in the Chrome Web Store.
According to Google's documentation, it can take several months for a new developer or extension to be considered "trusted" by their systems.
In other words, Google isn't saying the extension is unsafe. They're simply saying that it hasn't yet accumulated enough trust signals for Enhanced Protection users to receive the normal install experience.
