- If the account balance is wrong, please tell us what's the correct balance and what you are seeing in Kubera.
- For incorrect brokerage balances: Review the holdings and tell us if you can spot the discrepancies. More details
- If a holding in your connected brokerage account is mapped to the wrong ticker symbol, please provide the account name, the holding name, the incorrect ticker symbol shown in Kubera, and the correct ticker symbol along with its exchange.
- For bug reports: Clearly explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. A concise, structured report is far more helpful than a rant.
- Screenshots: If possible, attach screenshots of the issue to help us diagnose the problem faster. Please mask any sensitive information.
